Influence on the Water Pollution by Detergent

Abstract
|
|
|
The influence on the water pollution by detergent was studied at Han River water, Inchon sea water and Kunsan sea water. The phosphate which was known as a agent for eutrophication was also determined at same sampling site as above and Alkylbenzene sulfate removal test was carried out at laboratory.
The results were as follow:
1) The ABS highest concentration was 0.25 ppm at Han River Bridge and the lowest was 0.01 ppm at Kunsan sea water.
2) The content of the phosphate at Han River Bridge was 0. 13 ppm and the other area showed 0.030.06 ppm.
3) Seeing the data of ABS and phosphate content author guess that there will not be the phenomena of eutrophication in examined area.
